Summit Expo

Create our neighborhood vision

Participate in our visioning process for the neighborhood by coming either July 29th or August 6th to a community meeting about how to make a more “complete” and inclusive West Park.  What do you want to see in the future?  Get more info here, including a meeting flier.  Please take an online survey here (also available in paper form at the office) about your views on the neighborhood.

Live Here

There’s plenty of reasons to live here and now it’s even easier to live here with down payment assistance programs waiting for you.  We just sold a house on Leroy Avenue that was renovated through our partnership with Kamms Corners Development Corporation.  It went quick.  You should be our next new neighbor!
