Annual Neighborhood Summit Celebration
Wednesday, October 29, 2014 is the next Annual Neighborhood Summit!
Our guest speaker, Ralph Pfingsten from the West Park Historical Society will describe some of the history of West Park. BPDC staff and community leaders will present, a light dinner and desserts will be available, and Councilman Martin J. Sweeney will give his yearly address.
Tickets for a 50/50 raffle and other prizes will be sold to benefit BPDC’s work with senior citizens and youth.
Invite your friends on Facebook here.
Those wishing to volunteer should contact Rachel at 216-671-2710.
The event serves as both a community open house and a “state of the neighborhood” event. It is not to be missed if you want to be “in the know” or meet the folks who make things happen and care enough to participate in what has become a neighborhood homecoming of sorts. Be the change you want to see in the world and get engaged in something new at this free event.
Everyone is welcome and the venue has an accessible entrance.
Bring your positive energy, bring a neighbor, bring a dessert for the social…
